Trip was awesome. The Dusy did not disappoint. Definitely the most scenic trail in the Sierras. We hit the trail on Monday and camped at Thompson Lake on Monday night. Tuesday we made to Ershim Lake and camped there. We had a down day on Wednesday, spent the day lounging around camp. Thursday, we hit the trail and made it out by 4:00 pm. We had a broken pitman arm on one of the rigs right before Thompson Hill which we were able to change out in 30 minutes.(always carry a spare!) and a broken control arm that we were able to weld up in a couple hours. All the rigs did awesome, no major hiccups.
