It stops. After having a 78 3/4 ton master swapped in and some bleeding and adjusting it actually stops. Also ordered up some bilstein 5100s and got new shock tabs welded up. This thing is ready to wheel again very soon. Just need to weld up the sliders and I'm ready for the con.

Just need to get some plate to weld them to. Then 16 holes in the frame and we are good to go.

Weld them on, they block nothin, you'll never take them off and drill just add new stress points to crack.

Truck is on the road again. Got new shocks and new brake booster. So now drives smooth and stops. Next step is to put on the sliders and weld on the frame brace at the steering box to fix the crack.
Was also able to get all my spare fluids and get the back of the truck all organized.

Did you have a chance to drop the tcase and rtv it again? Just tightening the bolts and a good car wash may be enough too.

Did you end up bringing the truck down to SJ, I could help with some welding? I've done that steering box brace before.

It's alive. It's alive. A big thanks goes out to Danny for all the help yesterday. We were able to get my blazer on the road again.
Danny was able to weld up the frame at the steering box and added the braces so now I can steer! While he was doing that I pulled my transfer case and fixed the leak. I split the case open and cleaned it out. Replaced the leaking seals and put it back together. Put it back in and took it for a spin. Truck ran great and is ready to hit some dirt.

Future mods that are planned are...
Bumpers front and rear
Winch
Install Detroit
Get more spare parts
New seats
