Post Trophy Trucks speed
Still  me when you see the speeds and driving of the top guys in desert racing. This head to head and driving in the dust is insane

that was pretty crazy. Kid of off topic, but I am amazed by how many freakin switches they have. that white truck had at least 30 different toggles on the dash

ya is the "old" way of doing things. Voss truck is not that old buy some guys like to stick with what they like and know. Some of the newer geiser and Jimco chassis have less switches and usually use one or two Motec gauges. I say less but till have a good 10-20 switches.

3-4 fan switches
4-8 light swithes
ignition-start stuff
fuel pump
aux fuel pump
fresh air pumps
PTT radio stuff
and the list adds up.

I prefer to have a single switch hanging loose in the dash that I rewire depending on the task at hand

Good to see manufacturers backing and supporting programs to showcase their vehicles. They used to do it more 'back in the day'. I know Toyota did it with the Tundra Pro in 2013 and Ford with the Raptor model. So here is Toyota again now with their Tacoma Pro model

Also the word on the new raptor for 2017 seems like they beefed up the weak points they had on the models up till now.
