Post Snow wheeling to uncle toms. 03/11
So Rich and I decided to try to get a day trip in for a snow run. I wasn't able to go on the 4th when Rick went so we decided on the 11th. I had fixed my truck but hadn't driven it since the Rubicon, so that extra week gave me time to free up the trailer and test drive the truck. We invited all you guys personally but no one got back to us

So I worked until 1am, got screwed over by time change  and hit the road at 5:30am. I had to walk through the drive through at McDonald's since the dining area was still closed. We met up with Dave and his EB, Phil in his 4runner, and Mark driving a white TJ. It was smooth sailing up to Georgetown. We went up Wentworth a ways and unloaded.

There was enough snow to have some fun in, but some bare spots too. Uncle Toms and back went well with only a quick stuck and some scenery stops. We hung out at Uncle Toms for a while before driving back with some more playing around. We all got back to the trailers with no breaks or real stucks.

It was a great trip even without a large amount of snow. It was great getting the truck oUT again and getting some snow time. Thanks Rich for getting it set up. I'll have more pics later.

For context, this was 12hrs before in a text message... :goodfinger:

Glad the rig did well!

I didn’t get the invite. Guess it’s on that group text I’m blacklisted from.

Looked like a good time though. I haven’t been to uncle toms in ages.

To be fair... I was going to invite everyone hours earlier but Jackson took over the group text and it seemed like bad timing.

Peter, your truck is sexy. I love that flare side bed on the late model front clip.

Thanks Stan. I do like the way it looks from a distance .

The truck did pretty well for 15lbs on low tread tires. When it got warmer and slushier I couldn't stay on top of it much.
